We use written, audio/visual and practical work methods in our training programs. We train our employees in every operational area of our business with a strong emphasis on

  • effective cleaning techniques for various work environments of the building such as restrooms, elevators, kitchens, common areas, etc.;
  • safety to protect themselves as well as the building occupants and visitors;
  • chemical training including MSDS, bio-hazardous waste, dilution ratios and personal protective equipment;
  • communication systems such as radio etiquette, written communication, incident reporting and protocols;
  • time allocation and expectations in cleaning tasks;
  • problem solving techniques; and
  • company procedures.
