Disinfection

To enhance our training related to worker safety and disinfection techniques with a focus on COVID-19, our team is certified through the Building Service Contractors Association International COVID-19 Disinfection and Safety Course. This course has passed rigorous contractor peer review and is approved by the United State Green Building Council. The five sections of the course include:

  • The Science of Cleaning and Disinfecting

  • The Basics of Infection Control and COVID-19

  • Worksite Safety Precautions

  • Disinfecting Procedures for COVID-19

  • Communications and Documentation

We have consulted with industrial hygienists to learn about bacteria growth and provide our clients with information on the cleaning frequencies and dwell times required to ensure proper disinfection and safety. We utilize EPA-regulated and CDC-approved products in our disinfection services. The hospital-grade disinfectants we use have been proven effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens including the COVID-19 virus, MRSA, VRE, Pseudomonas, E.coli, HBV, HIV-1, Influenza A, Avian Influenza and Human Coronavirus 229E. Our professional-grade electrostatic sprayers use patented technology to provide an electrical charge to solutions, allowing them to wrap conductive surfaces with an effective and even coverage of disinfection solution. Double-charged particles of the solution envelope all conductive surfaces—shadowed, vertical and underneath.

Quality Control

Our quality control program utilizes a real-time tracking system that logs our crews, cleaning, inspections and building usage to provide transparency, accountability and metrics for continuous improvement. An operations manager is assigned to each facility to perform both scheduled and random quality visits to maintain best practices. Detailed reports are generated and reviewed by management quarterly to ensure benchmarks are met specific to each scope of work.
